Pros

Culture, ability to work from home. Ability to take care of home. Announced , best place to work for mother’s years in a row. Large company, cafeteria on site.

Cons

They only worry about what brings money in and has a scope of only big customers. There vision is small minded. In my book , all customers matter not just your customers that bring in the most money. Old Mgmt, they’ve worked together for 20+ years, good luck on making a forward promotion, just lateral. They want you to be a robot and stuck in the same position and drain you to where you are working weekends. Also , stop being so cheap, man do they underpay.

Pros

Work life balance is very good. Opportunity to engage with senior leadership in interesting projects. The collaboration and camaraderie is top tier! The investment into employees is amazing.

Cons

While I love remote work, it can feel isolating to some. It's not for everyone. I find ways to connect with my team and others at Kimberly-Clark. I also do a good job of managing my time and focus. However, if you struggle in those areas a remote job is not the way to go.

Pros

Cons

Really isolated working experience, teams are extremely siloed and there's no communication across different projects.
