      Pros

      Company culture is fantastic. Coworkers actually like each other, Summers are celebrated with half-day Fridays, time off is REALLY encouraged (no, really!), dress is casual every day unless there is a meeting, excellent wellness program, and pay is competitive.

      Cons

      Tuition reimbursement leaves a lot to be desired for those wishing to pursue a higher degree. Training/onboarding could be stronger as well.

      Pros

      Work life balance is very good. Opportunity to engage with senior leadership in interesting projects. The collaboration and camaraderie is top tier! The investment into employees is amazing.

      Cons

      While I love remote work, it can feel isolating to some. It's not for everyone. I find ways to connect with my team and others at Kimberly-Clark. I also do a good job of managing my time and focus. However, if you struggle in those areas a remote job is not the way to go.
