The hours are terrible if you want to be healthy! Once you are on campus and start your shift you don't leave until your shift is over at all, breaks are spent on campus. The cafeteria is terrible not many food options, pricey. 95 percent of tour worker's are running on rockstars and fried food. Rotate every couple days 12 hour shifts . Don't ask questions just run! Don't stay busy it makes everyone look bad, if your struggling don't expect help cuz that would mean people would have to work . Company model is hurry up and wait, move as little as possible. The overall cleanliness is terrible on the machines. Rockstar management is only there a small portion of tour worker's shifts so they don't see the poor treatment of new hires. They say your like family but your not you are just a number you can be replaced in an instant!!! Time off goes thru matrix and they are terrible to work with. They are on a point system with zero sliding scale very black n white.
