Pros

Good pay. Hybrid product giveaways

Cons

No room for growth if you are at low levels or if you are remote. Doing away with All remote positions except sales. slowly getting away from hybrid, will be in office soon Losing that emplyee focused culture they once had. Bottom line driven. "Neenah Preferred" employees. New jobs go to interns and Co-ops
