If you’re considering joining the team, think carefully. The workload and expectations can be overwhelming from day one. Newcomers are often expected to be super ready during onboarding before they are fully prepared, which can quickly lead to stress and burnout. The remaining employees struggle every week under constant high workload pressure. The management team will not consider about the workload.
