* Strong experts to help mentor and guide you
* Company is small enough so that if you have a thoughtful idea for change, it can be implemented quickly (vs other companies I've worked at are too large and bottleneck processes, get in their own way, etc)
* Solid financial footing and seamless integration with equity firm purchase
* Flexibility when needed for unavoidable personal constraints
