      Pros

      If you are need of a job. Benefits were OK Sales were great! Supervisors were great! Upper managerment not so great.

      Cons

      Upper management should listen to the "little people". Advancement was not so good, you have to know someone or you have be buddies with the managers. Long hours with little appreciation

      Everything was a pro. That place was awesome to work for!

      Cons

      The only con is that is no longer a store in our community. Sadly, it went out of business.
