Pros
Flexible hours, great co workers. Good first job for kids but not a career unless you're in management or a lead. Not really much more than that I can say is good.
Cons
Low pay. Dying business. Keeps management away from their families sometimes 70+ hours a week because they have no other option to be there. It's sickening. Kmart is a greedy company and that is part of the reason they are failing. It's not the management it's corporate.
