      Help me to understand how not to manage, how important work life balance is, there are loyal people in the company that worked for me and made lasting realitionships.

      Cons

      No work life balance - managed through threat and fear. Unstable company with constant reduction of work force and stores. Found themsleves in a downward spiral and haven't been able to turn the corner and reinvent themsleves

      Everything was a pro. That place was awesome to work for!

      Cons

      The only con is that is no longer a store in our community. Sadly, it went out of business.
