Pros
A few funny and cool employees, loss prevention takes their job seriously, the customers are mostly nice, they are usually in strip malls, as was the one I worked at, so a nice place to eat on my lunch break
Cons
Outdated business practices. Registers are terrible, store set up is terrible and everything is thrown everywhere. Coworkers are nice but managers are terrible and unprofessional and just yell instead of effectively lead and manage. Need to motivate, otherwise you never keep people. Did not train anyone properly, just threw them out there.
