Pros
The people I worked with were the best reason for staying at Kmart. Management was also understanding of the fact that my employment at Kmart was a second job and they did not make any unreasonable requirements of me.
Cons
Ever since quitting Kmart, I have told everybody I have come in contact with that I never worked so hard in my life for so little pay. I understand that Kmart is a revolving door when it comes to employees, but I would hope that a company would recognize and reward loyal employees by compensating them, but alas, that was not the case.
