      Pros

      I found Kmart to be family friendly as far as offering time off when needed. They work with their employees to make sure they can be with their families.

      Cons

      Too many expectations for too little pay. It was my experience that they want the employees to run the store without giving them the proper training or feedback to do a good job.

      Everything was a pro. That place was awesome to work for!

      The only con is that is no longer a store in our community. Sadly, it went out of business.
