      Flexible scheduling, dont care when you call in or ask for days off, schedule is made 3 weeks in advance.

      Cons

      No commission, highly unorganized, no interest in what associates think, managers dont care about associates needs, high expectations but low pay.

      Everything was a pro. That place was awesome to work for!

      Cons

      The only con is that is no longer a store in our community. Sadly, it went out of business.
