      Pros

      Fantastic place to work at in that the general audience is older than other retail stores. As such, customers are (generally) very kind. Extremely flexible scheduling.

      Cons

      Ridiculous policies; co-worker was fired without warning for taking a $5 tip from a secret shopper against policy.

      Everything was a pro. That place was awesome to work for!

      The only con is that is no longer a store in our community. Sadly, it went out of business.
