Pros
Fellow employees are friendly. Learn about different appliances. Worked with people from different backgrounds. All the co-workers were great, it was management that really sucked!
Cons
Lack of communication between managers. That is 1 manager would assign a task to be completed, and then another manager would assign a task to be completed, when there was only enough time to complete 1 task. So one of the managers would inevitably be angry because it was impossible to complete both tasks. Employees would be assigned to work on sections of the floor without any training in that section. For instance, I worked in electonics, but the person who was supposed to train me called in sick. My first day of working in electonics was on Black Friday. Good luck working in a section for the first time on Black Friday!
