We offer part-time, full-time, flexible working, allowing parents school drops and pick-ups, and every one of our employees working from anywhere our solution is certainly extremely "flexible". All our employees are connected to each other like a real office environment using our tech platform - to try to ensure that every employee does not feel disconnected, and isolated. We have never knowingly "pushed" anyone out of the business. We offer every return to work employee the same job, same terms and conditions. It's not always possible to offer all the changes to these terms that people might request - and perhaps this led you to the conclusion that you couldn’t continue.
