Worst Company To Work For - Category Manager Kogan.com Employee Review

This is single handedly the worst company I have ever worked for. This is run by a bunch of mates who have no idea about running this business. The strategy changes every hour with absolutely no clear direction. Management are useless, they are unwilling to listen to employees. They are very happy to operate with unhappy employees. They even got to the point where they offered employees $5k to leave! Please avoid this business at all costs!
