      - Tech and product teammate is all great - Macbook - Good salary

      - Executives sometimes decide everything by themselves. Not sure how they made the decision, they are not a good listener

      Flexible working hour, Working from Home, Not a good idea for fresh grad

      Cons

      Start full working since day 1, unpaid overtime I mostly working for 14-16 hours straight daily, the system is messy with data everywhere so there are a lot of manual works needed
