Management is abusive and allowed to run rogue. This place is the definition of a hostile work environment. Only employees who have been with the company for a long time are supported and treated fairly. There is favoritism and if you are new, management will see how far they can push you till you break. You get cursed and yelled at by your boss and HR does nothing about it. That’s just how the culture is at Kolmar. Morale is low and turnover is high. Senior management claims they are looking for new hires to be the future of Kolmar but it’s the farthest from the truth they will bully and push you out. They will not make accommodations for you no matter the situation and work/life balance is a myth. It’s survival of the fittest if you’re not apart of the “boys club”. During the interview process, management was deceptive and made promises they didn’t intend on keeping. The pay is lower than market and don’t expect to receive much of a raise or bonus those go to the people who are like “family” and have been with the company for years.
