I’ve spent my career in agencies of all sizes, from highly structured global shops to lean boutiques. One consistent truth: agency life is not for everyone, and that’s not a failure — it’s a fit issue.

Cons
High trust environments demand maturity and self-awareness. If you rely heavily on direction, validation, or perfectly defined lanes, this may feel daunting — especially early on. The pace is fast, the work is demanding, and ambiguity exists — especially in moments of growth. That won’t appeal to everyone.
