Pros

Generally great recruiters to work with Fulltime Remote Work

Cons

My teammate left the company, but they didn't backfill her for over 5 months, leaving me with twice the work & working 60+ weeks. No opportunity for movement or growth - when I voiced interest in a role I knew would be opened soon, I was told I'd certainly be considered. A few months later we were introduced to the new hire--I hadn't been informed the job had been opened, much less given an interview. I was then tasked with training the new hire. I started looking for a new job immediately, accepting a demotion just so I could leave. Very little interest from my leadership team in helping their teams grow

Pros

The client diversity across industries and regions is top notch. Great brand recognition. The marketing investments in Korn Ferry Tour and LA28 paid off. Smart people. Remote work is a plus as 75% people work remotely. No push for facetime in offices. Work from anywhere! Everyone knows of Korn Ferry!

Cons

A culture of long hours and interrupted vacations. Clear demarcation between haves(fee earners) and have nots (execution). High expectations with outdated systems, manual processes, inefficient. Low pay as there are no merits due to market/company performance. Hard to get food at the holiday party so stop at Five Guys prior.
