long hours, 0 base salary increases, targets are imposed and acknowledged to be more aspirational than achievable and yet bonuses are paid out based on who is liked and popular. Huge layoffs every year despite record profits every year. Called a meritocracy but is really a culture of nepotism. Common to have 4-5 different areas calling on the same client the same month.
