Pros

Some great team members and opportunity to work with amazing clients

Cons

KF is running so lean that many employees are routinely logging 12 hour days and working weekends with no end in sight. They cut salaries in April due to the pandemic and said they'd be restored in September and then extended to at least January, 2021. They now just added a time tracking system whereby you need to account for all your hours - more work to an already insane schedule. Many people have not used their 2020 PTO because they are working too much and feel like they will be laid off yet, the company keeps sending out emails reminding people to take their PTO, take care of themselves...oh and just as a reminder, PTO does not roll over to 2021. They are completely blind to what employees current reality is.

Pros

I am a consultant through a firm acquired by Korn Ferry and have had a great experience with both the firm (Salo) and with Korn Ferry as a parent company. Great to have benefits and PTO as a consultant and great training and resources available - good communication as well!

Cons

Transitional period during acquisition had a few bumps but nothing major and all ironed out as more time has gone on.

Pros

Work from home gives flexibility, time off is good.

Cons

No raises ever, bonuses are not a motivator nor an indicator of the work you do. No one seems to know why you receive the bonus you do, it is just from a spreadsheet handed to your direct manager who apparently has no influence in the decision. Raises never happen and no one can answer if they are coming or not—you just never get one.
