I witnessed the management call the police on a relatively new, largely untrained colleague for a mistake he made on the platform. The company has no room for making mistakes and has no internal dispute resolution mechanisms. The colleague was fired on the spot and denied his final dues, despite the police dismissing the case for lack of merit. This is greatly concerning to me. Micro-management and suspicion of staff are also on the rise, and on top of that, there are too many one-on-ones and work review meetings and weekly reports for each staff to write and present. Management and founders act friendly but are constantly fault-finding. Staff have to always walk on eggshells and act right when management is watching. An introverted personality is generally viewed as suspicious, so all introverts have to pretend and force themselves to be active at office events, which is exhausting. This is despite the company priding itself in being an inclusive employer.

First of all, no recognisition for a job well done, constant threats to get fired without proper structure or warning to improve ones performance. -Salary raises based on how well you know or interact with management.- -Burn rate just done on powerpoint presentations and not actioned. They subject this to individuals, you are always on edge over getting fired because of the threats. You can never settle on a task because the next moment boom!! strategy change.
