Pros
Flexible if youre a student, very little hours so could be a 2nd job. I was told after being hired this job is mostly a second job as Kyo gives you VERY little hours, even after saying they will get you more hours.
Cons
Very limited hours, I was given about 6 hours for months and was told again and again I would get my 20-25...lies. Given long distances to commute to, no thorough explanation as to how to reimburse milage if you even can. Shocking lack of efficient management, they care about themselves & the company before the families and clients we are supposed to be supporting. I've had families communicate frustrations and management does poorly to handle those situations, in addition I was retaliated against for 2 different reasons which led me to quit. One was asking about a family's concern since they were continously being ignored & was essentially told to shut up and was dismissed from her case. Interestingly, Kyo emphasizes compatibility when assigning clients but when I came to management with a concern of mine with a client, I was told to fill out an ADA form or else we will have problems in the future, coming from HR, I about had it with this company. I am not disabled and just needed compassion and understanding. Ironically prioritizing compatibility apparently is not common practiceat this company, to voice your concerns is looked down upon.
