Pros

1. Kyocera's MFP's are the best among any of its competitor 2. Company doesn't lay off very soon even if you are not completing your targets, it gives you ample time to prove your capability. 3. Targets are achievable

Cons

1. Poor service to Customers, if machine breaks down God save the customer as company doesn't bother even stocking the parts or even toner. 2. No scope for growth, too many hierarchy. 3. Salary is low compared to its Competitors like Ricoh, Canon, Konica Minolta, Sharp, Xerox 4. No marketing activity, people can't even pronounce the brand name precisely, leave about knowing the brand & still marketing team seems sleeping in their own myopia. 5. It copies all processes from its competitor Ricoh & doesn't have any ideology of its own.
