And you are correct, it is not always effective. We don’t always get it right, but everything we do comes from a place of sincerity, our intent to serve those around us and with the purpose of building a more people-centric sustainable organization. It is the responsibility of senior leadership to translate the vision to the team and align them to company policies. Distrust and low morale are often a product of when there is a disconnect and ambiguity. We are proud of the strategies, programs, and initiatives that have gotten us to this stage over 37 years, sustained the company though a pandemic, and positioned us as a leader in the industry today.
