Pros

Good Benefits and pretty much thats it

Cons

Too Many, I worked there for a few years and heard all kind of racial slurs torch hispanic employees, management poorly handle the situations and nothing happened to the aggressors. Very arrogant attitude in management and extremely hostile work environment, Managers do not have appropriate attitude and lack of management skills.

Pros

There aren’t any pros that I can think of

Cons

The CEO is extremely rude to his staff and clients. He’s creating a toxic work environment from the top down. It seems most people there are unhappy and there’s a lot of turnover due to his bad attitude and lack of respect. Even his managers are afraid of him! His attitude and the way he personally treated me was so awful that not only will I never work or interview there again but I will also never do business with him or this company.

This seems to be more of a personal grievance and not knowing the details, we can only assume it was a misunderstanding. We work in a high energy, fast-paced environment with tight schedules and communication is often direct. While all work cultures are not for everyone, we are fortunate to have many long-standing employees that enjoy being a part of this company. While we know we won’t always get it right, we’re going to try our best to do better. Learn more about our team and culture that we strive to serve: https://lmg.net/culture/

Pros

Opportunity to work with the latest technology.

Cons

CEO and COO are way in over their heads in running a company of this size. Their egos and experience get in the way of almost every decision they make. I worked arm and arm with them for close to 10 years in a senior level capacity, including as a member of the Executive Committee. While the CEO still has a remnant of the vision he once had, the COO’s passion is only to see how much control he can effect throughout the company, regardless of whether it’s effective or not. Their attitudes and personalities permeate the entire company leading to massive distrust and low morale.

"An entrepreneur is someone who jumps off a cliff and builds a plane on the way down.” -Reid Hoffman. As a member of the executive leadership team, I have a front row seat to the complexity of running a company. There are always new challenges, like the current pandemic, that constantly pose challenges we must navigate and address. The CEO’s passion DOES and should permeate the entire company and is often the fuel that inspires us to extraordinary pursuits. The COO’s responsibility IS to affect change throughout the company. And you are correct, it is not always effective. We don’t always get it right, but everything we do comes from a place of sincerity, our intent to serve those around us and with the purpose of building a more people-centric sustainable organization. It is the responsibility of senior leadership to translate the vision to the team and align them to company policies. Distrust and low morale are often a product of when there is a disconnect and ambiguity. We are proud of the strategies, programs, and initiatives that have gotten us to this stage over 37 years, sustained the company though a pandemic, and positioned us as a leader in the industry today.
