Pros
I love the entrepreneurial spirit of this company. It's the best game of follow the leader you can play. The CEO is driven, motivated and runs the company based on doing the right thing. If you understand the culture and how to succeed then the sky is the limit. The company is strong, growing and independent. Don't come in expecting things to be handed to you. You will be expected to treat the company as your own and you have direct control over your success and the success of LMG. When you bring success to yourself and thereby to the company...you are rewarded.
Cons
Sometimes when you grow quickly you have growing pains and at times you will find that things don't work as well as you thought they would. Patience is a virtue and if you can't be a part of the solution you will be a part of the problem.
