Pros
Great equipment, co-workers are great to work with, some opportunities for growth, some (not all) supervisors care about their employees.
Cons
Pay is not great at all, no bonuses, no recognition, very small yearly raises, empty promises. During the busy season, prep technicians will work up to multiple weeks without a day off and 10+ hours a day. No more (2) 15-minute breaks a day, just a 1-hour lunch. You are constantly being watched closely by upper management through the security cameras in the shop. Hours will be cut during the slow season forcing you to use PTO to receive a normal paycheck. Overwhelming amount of events to keep up with.
