      Pros

      LTC recruits, employs and retains very specific skill sets for our Federal clients. Team loyalty is our brand. We ensure our teammates have the support, freedom, and compensation to stay on board for a lifetime, not just a period of performance.

      Cons

      To keep our prices competitive, we have very low overhead staffing. Our headquarters is smaller than most companies in our industry. Our Team Leaders are also Client-site positions.

      Family atmosphere. Everyone knows everyone. Great clients (Marines). Interesting engineering and technology.

      Cons

      Must be a self-starter. The company is too small for nine-to-fivers.

      Most of the people are fun to work with there.

      Cons

      Management is slow to make decisions when it comes to execution. You are supposed to keep a task list of each item and the amount of time that you are working on each day. Seems a bit much for me.
