Pros
LTC recruits, employs and retains very specific skill sets for our Federal clients. Team loyalty is our brand. We ensure our teammates have the support, freedom, and compensation to stay on board for a lifetime, not just a period of performance.
Cons
To keep our prices competitive, we have very low overhead staffing. Our headquarters is smaller than most companies in our industry. Our Team Leaders are also Client-site positions.
