Overall, it’s a great company with a good salary, excellent opportunities to grow my skills, and supportive colleagues within the team. I appreciate that whenever I share my difficulties, the managers listen and actively work to find solutions.

On the downside, some employees struggle to perform their tasks. This often leaves me handling responsibilities outside my role because of mistakes they make, or simply because they say they can’t do it. With an already heavy workload, this adds even more pressure. Another drawback is that salaries are consistently delayed. Management assured me that payments would always come before the 10th of the month—and yes, the salary has always been paid before then. Since the salary is well-compensated, it has never been a real problem for me, though I do think it could be improved.
