      Profit bonus shared once a year, up to 4 weeks vacation pay if you stay for 10 years, people there are generally cool to work with

      Cons

      Nepotism, low base pay, lots of scar tissue around “the lakeshore way” and gaslighting from supervisors

      Pros

      -Most people are nice -Onsite daycare for employees (but there is a waitlist) -Good products

      Cons

      -Strange Company Culture -Mass layoffs ( 3 in 9 months) -Reckless at throwing money at clients and built the second biggest building in Utah but wont spend money on employees and fixing problems. - Not a lot of tenure - Terrible leadership with too many people with lack of experience as C levels -Very old school and wont accept new ideas - Construction is very cheap
