      Good insurance at decent price.

      Took advantage of long time loyal employees. Was very shady and favorite people who were part of a certain click.

      Pros

      The company culture is great! Everyone is nice and the onboarding experience was very welcoming. Lots of trainings and opportunities for involvement available.

      Cons

      The work load is heavy because of how well the company is doing due to government funding! Can be difficult to manage at times.

      Profit bonus shared once a year, up to 4 weeks vacation pay if you stay for 10 years, people there are generally cool to work with

      Cons

      Nepotism, low base pay, lots of scar tissue around “the lakeshore way” and gaslighting from supervisors
