Pros
One of the things that attracted me to Lam was the fact that not only did they have a good set of company values but they seemed to operate by them. After coming to work here, this has proven to be true.
Cons
Even though they are one of the major players in their industry they are still taking action to grow even bigger. As such some of their processes and people are not positioned to handle this extra capacity and work.
