Stable management system, Quick decision maker, Helpful Team environment, Open work culture, Friendly Director, Great Managers, Friendship at every level from tip to toe.

Cons

Can have some strategical changes in the financial structure. Should implement the strategy of ground level thinking decision. Should do a neat and clear BGV before any Hiring so that the healthy environment is not disturbed.
