      Great camaraderie. Excellent people practices. One of the innovative and progressive organizations in the country.

      Cons

      There are no downsides as such. The company reivents the people practices on an ongoing basis identifying the cons and working on them.

      Pros

      Administration (Greg,Chanita and Mary are great people.)They genuinely care about the employees. The employees are friendly and generally follow the code of teamwork makes the dream work. They each come to work bringing empathy and plenty of care.What a great place to work for❤️

      Cons

      12 hour shifts are a bit difficult but can b done🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️
