The base pay is rather pathetic.
on the few occasions you have to deal with management, they are a pain in the behind. (except the lovely trainers) But generally speaking, they tend to have no bedside manner, be heavy-handed, treat you like a number, and come off as power-tripping bullies.
It's an odd combination because the company's face is sweet in its rhetoric, but the people you have to deal with obviously used to work in a sweatshop and don't understand that the way they deal with people is unacceptable. If the job was not so rewarding and they didn't interfere so little, they wouldn't have any employees at all.
They don't instill a great sense of trust.
This is a great part-time job, but I wouldn't trust them for my full-time work. They wear too many faces and make too many abrupt changes.
The insurance is the bare minimum.
