Pros

There has been a number of leadership & management changes since I started with Learning Pool but I feel like everything was handled in the right way. The SLT are approachable and so understanding. I feel I am really appreciated for the work I do and they encourage me to be better and to succeed. There is a great work life balance within Learning Pool and they always encourage us to take care of our mental health, which I feel is so important. From my first day I have felt supported and that I can reach out to anyone, no matter how senior they are or what team they are in and everyone is so willing to help. Everyone is pulling in the same direction and I feel like it really shows. I love coming to work and I love my job and I haven't felt like that in years.

Cons

I don't really have any cons, there has been a lot of change in my year working here but I feel like things are really starting to settle again now.

1. New leadership has brought positive changes to the organization. 2. Decisions have been made in the best interest of the company and foster a culture of open collaboration. 3. Management actively listens to feedback and works to improve processes. 4. Focus on strengthening the North American sales team through in person onboarding bootcamps has improved collaboration and relationship building.

Cons

1. Sales enablement resources need further development, though efforts are underway. 2. Limited tooling creates occasional barriers to efficiency.

Remote work. Occasional trips to Ireland.

Cons

No employee review process or diversity in leadership. Will fire you without any notice or PIP. Toxic Management and nepotism.
