I had a disappointing experience with the recruiting process at legal.io. The ''recruiter'' with 10+ years experience in this company reached out to me, and I took the time to go through the interview process, which included multiple rounds. Despite my enthusiasm and effort, I received no response after several follow-ups. This lack of communication is unprofessional and reflects poorly on the company's recruiting practices. If a candidate invests time and energy into the process, it's only fair to provide them with timely feedback or at least a response, even if they are not selected. She was unprofessional.
