It's a whole game of who can kiss whose butt better. Sad and disgusting most general managers are only interested in their own promotions to be concerned about anything happening on the store level. And of course if your general manager is sexist the. Prepare to be fired or suspended for imaginary reasons, with HR and regional managers turning a blind eye.
