Pros
Worked with some great people. Lots of opportunity to progress through the ranks. They offer in house training. Easy to transfer from store to store if need be.
Cons
Too many managers who don't agree on how to run the stores. High staff turn over. Ever changing policies on how to do things that make no sense!
