Pros
Free pair of glasses, most associates and GMs are competent and nice.
Cons
As a company, they are becoming very focused on sales, processes and operational paperwork. Focus is not on customer experience. They also need to find doctors for the offices. There aren't enough to cover, and stores cannot achieve plan with no doctor. Pay veteran employees what they are worth. New hires make more day one than people that have 15 years invested there. Unfair.
