Pros
Great training program and atmosphere. My co-workers are very friendly and knowledgeable. Whenever I finish a huge chunk in the training program, they guide me through hands on training and offer great feedback. I'm more confident with the work every time!
Cons
Training on the computer takes forever...I'm a hands on person. I know that I'm in training at the moment...but I wish there were more hours to go around. I may need to take on a third job.
