Pros
The work itself is pleasant if you like customer service, optics is a fun and interesting field. Most customers are appreciative of associate help. The team interactions and customer connections can be very rewarding.
Cons
The management can either break or make the experience, I've had the best and worst management at this job. The worst part is the pay, which is OK if you are in college student but pitiful in general, especially considering the amount of knowledge needed to do some of the more difficult aspects of the job (which there are plenty) and the wealth of the company.
