      Pros

      A lot of room for advancement if you have the motivation to excel/climb the corporate ladder. Pretty good perks for a pt job

      Cons

      Low pay, hours vary week by week. Upper management not really organized nor efficient. Hard to get a full time position since corporate don't want to pay the benefits

      Flexible hours Experienced staff Newer equipment Able to choose music to listen to while in the lab Certification opportunities

      Cons

      Very tight window for expected time on certain in-house jobs. Lab no longer at the Monterey location. Steep learning curve.
