Free Lunch (But similar every day)

They do not trust their employee. They will deduct your salaries without notification as you may forgot to olcok-in in the morning or any kind of mechanical errors. They will not believe your word or evidence, and not going to check any security camera (even though there are tons of them to monitor you). They make you feel like you are lying to them. They put 80% of their original work load on the new workers. And expect you to finish it fast with their poor IT equipment and software. They are not using Google doc so you need to send out a new email very time you update a file. On job training is rather bad compare to other company. Poor Management that many workers has gone and they are trying to hire new people everyday.

No salary increment for several years
