      1.Not suitable for a global market 2. IT dept Management is very poor, Planning and Implementations are done only by assumptions and no proper Business is shared to developers. 3. Very small team and no scope for growth 4.No Job security

      - Lunch Provided - If you live in NT , the location is an OK - Annual Dinner Provided

      Cons

      - Colleagues won't help you - Employers or Managers treat you as a machine. 6 working days per week. - They will assign most of their workload to a New Comer - No Job supercity. No matter you are a assistant or a general manager, you can lose your job for small or no reason - The boss only care about the profit, no resource or good on-job training. - Low tech industry, they are not market leader and they can be replace by new company easily - No promotion opportunities.
