-The company culture fostered termination over development, offering no support or training when mistakes were made, and the management style was demeaning and disrespectful. -For the first two months, I received no constructive feedback—only vague assurances that I was doing a good job, yet I was never given written guidance on how to improve. -Collaboration was non-existent, and the attitude from management was discouraging, particularly given their failure to provide clear direction. -I was initially hired by one manager, but later associated with another who was also new, and neither provided proper feedback or clarity on expectations. If I asked too many questions, I was told to work independently, but if I asked too few, I was criticized for not being "active" enough. -The inconsistency in feedback was frustrating, and they even went back and forth on whether to extend my probation, finally deciding not to with little explanation. -Additionally, there was a complete lack of professionalism in how HR handled my onboarding, failing to provide basic essentials like my ID card on time. -From the toxic work environment to poor managerial competence—made it a thoroughly unpleasant experience.
